Sydney, March 4, 2024 - We are delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Andrews as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Scott brings an abundance of global digital & technology executive experience, backed by a demonstrated track record of orchestrating transformative successes across both private and publicly listed companies.
As he steps into the role of COO, Scott is poised to lead the daily operations at Idea Science, with a pivotal role in charting our strategic trajectory and driving overall company growth. A three-time CIO50 Awardee, his background is not only marked by the successful execution of large-scale Customer Experience (CX) transformation initiatives but also by broad experience in both product and technology domains, complemented by a keen commercial acumen.
Having served on executive teams at automotive & mobility giants such as Cox Automotive and Inchcape PLC, Scott is credited with propelling these organisations into the digital age through adept handling of significant transformation agendas. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in fostering innovation and navigating the dynamic landscape of digital transformation. Idea Science’s extensive experience in transformation for automotive and mobility organisations spans business models, geographies and stages of maturity, and Scott will be able to further strengthen this critical area of the organisation.
With over a decade of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Scott will also drive our burgeoning Salesforce Practice, as we look to elevate our capabilities in this critical domain.
