The hard work and innovation of specialist CX consultancy Idea Science, has been recognised with a coveted Tricentis Partner Award. The Australian company can now add 2020 Salesforce Transformation Partner of the Year for the Asia-Pacific region to its growing list of accolades.
Idea Science CEO Peter Drum said the award was great recognition for the contributions of the team.

The winners of this year’s Tricentis Partner Awards – which aim to recognise top-performing partners who’ve helped accelerate digital transformation across the enterprise – were selected from more than 350 partners across the globe.
Tricentis Partner Award winners are nominated and reviewed by a panel representing Tricentis’ global leadership. They are assessed based on their collaboration with Tricentis and customers, as well as their ingenuity in implementing best-in-class automation methodologies.
