Idea Science doubles down on Salesforce with Etica Digital acquisition

Idea Science has acquired leading digital services consultancy Etica Digital, strengthening our digital and technology offerings. 


Founded in 2020 and a recent CRN Fast 50 #2 , Etica Digital is a professional services firm specialising in solutions based on Salesforce, Mulesoft and other leading digital technologies. 


Peter Drum, Idea Science CEO says, “This transaction with Etica Digital demonstrates Idea Science's continued determination to remain at the forefront of digital CX transformation and provide our customers with the expertise and experience to support the delivery of their strategic goals”. 


The transaction will see Etica’s Founder and CEO, Simon Hammond, join Idea Science as Head of International Solutions.


Etica’s 30+ strong team will also join Idea Science’s team, which will continue to span Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Philippines offices. 


“We are thrilled to be joining Idea Science, especially given the strong synergies and great opportunities between Idea Science and Etica Digital,” Hammond said.



The team will bolster the capabilities within Idea Science’s Technology Delivery practice, which is led by Edel Power

On the acquisition, Power says, “This deal allows us to more completely fulfil the proposition we're taking to market around how to design, build, test and optimise solutions for our customers.”
